Currently on view at d/vision optical is local artist, Sheryl Thomas. The current show features Black and White photos of landscapes and floral photography.

From her Bio:

"I am a Chicago based photographer living in the Wicker Park area. The diversity of this city provides me with unlimited photo opportunities in the genres that most interest me: architecture, nature and street.

"I am self taught and have been seriously shooting for the last two years. I've learned through trial and error, experimentation, and spending time with photographers whom I respect and who are generous with their coaching and advice. I keep current in industry trends and innovations but I am inspired by the work of great 20th century photographers such as Diane Arbus, William Eggleston and Henri Cartier Besson."
